  • Guest：had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and felt deeply disappointed by their service and attitude. When booking, I was charged three times for the same stay. The first two times were through the hotel’s official website, but I never received any confirmation emails, so I later booked again through Trip.com. When I checked in, the hotel still charged me for all three bookings, even after I explained the situation. The staff insisted it was my responsibility to email or call them to verify the booking simply because I entered my credit card information online — even though I never received any confirmation at that time. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but I’ve never experienced such unreasonable handling before. To make matters worse, the room was filled with chargeable items — from snacks and water bottles to even a $20 bear toy placed on the bed. It honestly felt like the hotel was trying to squeeze money from guests in every possible way. Add-on: After much discussion, the manager agreed to refund one night only. They printed out multiple confirmation emails and online records to “prove” it wasn’t their fault, even though the confirmation emails were sent after my booking was made. At that point, I just didn’t want to ruin my trip further and had to accept it reluctantly. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far from what I’d expect from a so-called noble or luxury hotel. I truly hope the management reflects on how they treat their guests.

  • Guest：這家酒店就在漁人碼頭邊上，兩百米到海邊，灣景房看金門大橋和海景還是很不錯的，周邊有很多餐廳，賓館自己的藍美人魚餐廳的菜也不錯，賓館自己有停車場，酒店的人員都很友善，服務也很到位，總之除了價格貴了點，剩下沒什么可挑剔的
