Guest：Thank you for accommodating my request for a higher floor. However, I arrived at the hotel around 3:55 pm, and the check-in time is after 2 pm. There was a long queue at both counters, and I waited 30 minutes to check in. I’m not sure if this is standard procedure or if the check-in process needs improvement. I also noticed that the room door was cracked and there was no swing bar lock. I’m not sure if this is the original design or if it’s been damaged.

Guest：Great service. Wonderful views. And perfect location, easily walkable to the Taiping Lake, with food options and grocery stores available within walking distance as well. The hotel even has a connecting door that leads to the mall. A pity that our schedule was tight and didn’t have time to visit the mall.
Guest：I always stay at this hotel whenever I return to Taiping. The room is consistently clean, and the bed is very comfortable—there’s usually nothing to complain about. However, during this stay, it was quite noisy, possibly due to generator noise, as the room was on the highest floor and near the lift. The breakfast selection could also be improved.
