Mula2 dapat bilik yang ada connection dgn bilik lain , tilam tido rasa spring . request tukar bilik baru, tapi dapat . towel pulak dapat yang dah hitam . bilik ada habuk2 cadar dgn sarung bantal ada hitam ada kesan air liur basi semua lah
I booked the stay for my family members. Upon check-in around 2:30 pm, the room was not yet ready, so they had to wait for a while. The lift was temporarily out of order, and they had to use the stairs while carrying their luggage. The lift issue was resolved after a few hours.
My parent stayed overnight due to a late arrival from the airport. Overall experience was average. Room cleanliness could be improved. Suitable for a short stay.
1. Key card not working, or rather door battery dead, key card can't open.
2. Change room only to find latch and even basic knob lock not working.
3. Bottled water half drank (used), went to lobby to request new.
4. Went to shower, realized no towel. Went to lobby to request again.
5. Finally, after using toilet, realize even toilet paper not replenished, and bidet is just the hose without the bidet.
The only silver lining is EV overnight AC charging across the road at Perpustakaan Negeri NS. But security guard not aware charger is open 24x7 (as per CPO APP).
Referring to the picture below….can you imagine a toilet of a hotel room is like that? The room is smelly and the mattress are too old to be used…out was terrible and horrible…no more next time. Thanks
