Check in was ok, but the check out was very disorganized. It seemed to bother the hotel that i wanted a paper bill detailing the parking and other extrq charges. They couldnt wven be bothered to ask if we had a good stay , they basically said checking out ? Then ok bye. ... i had to go back and request a bill which again was bithersome for them.

Me dieron una habitación para personas con capacidades diferentes y el ba?o no tenía cancel, se salía toda el agua, los pasillos con mucho aire acondicionado, la alfombra y en general parece viejito

I call them 5 times to get oceanview they said yes its oceanview but when we arrived it wasn’t oceanview and when i ask to women who is on the reception she said every room has a oceanview so I couldn’t do that bla bla bla but 2 days later thanks to Jeffrey he change our room he is a good guy he take care of us thank you again Jeffrey he was the coolest guy in there.

The staff was incredibly pleasant, but the hotel room was very dark. We were placed in the wheelchair-accessible room, but we didn’t realize that once we had scheduled our stay and requested a different room, they were unable to accommodate us. Additionally, we saw a roach in our room, and the beds were too soft for our liking.

When we got there they didn’t have our reservation so it took us 45 minutes to check in. The the room was very small so we upgraded our room. This room had a leak so we had to move at 11:00pm. We got to the new room and did t have towels. After waiting 45 minutes I had to go get them. Then the next day when they cleaned our room nothing was restocked none of the trash was taken out and still no towels.
