Location is central of Garut, one of the premium hotels in town, lots of business travellers. Ordered room service however the food is too salty. The water pressure is not stable hence the heater temperature too. Some molds on the corner of the toilets. The environment is nice like a resort feel.

inap di gedung yg lama krn pas high demand harganya tinggi2.
coba stay kesini ngejar view krn hotel ini trkenal akan view nya, tp mountain view room sdh ga tersedia di aplikasi, request high floor di infokan sdh full. tp pas malam sy lihat masih ada yg kosong2.
untungnya masih dapat di lt1 hadap sawah gunung, lumayan aja tp ga gtu maksimal, anw thanks.

- design hotel cantik secr keseluruhan,
namun kamar di gedung lama sudah terasa aga usang, terutama kamar mandinya sorry kurang bagus dan gelap. Air panas stabil
- kebersihan kamar sebenarnya baik, lantai bersih dan kesat , tapi ketika masuk lantai agak bau seperti amis, mgkn bisa housekeepingnya dibekali room freshner yg bagus.
pintu teras aga rusak susah ditutup
- bfast nya cukup variatif dan rasanya oke pertahankan ya
utk harga 1,3 , saran pribadi saya masih bs ditingktkan lgi agar makin sepadan dgn yg dibayar,
terutama peremajaan secara keseluruhan mengingat sudah naik jadi 4 stars yg mencakup keseluruhan gedung kan ya

Our stay at Hotel Santika Premier Garut was delightful. The location offers stunning mountain views and refreshing cool air, while the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome.
Breakfast was a treat with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful surroundings. A great choice for both family getaways and business trips—would love to return!

We were first given a room with a leaking bathroom, but after reporting it to the receptionist, the issue was handled quickly and we were given a replacement room. The hotel was comfortable, with plenty of kid-friendly facilities. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent—every hotel staff member we passed always greeted us with a smile.
The only downside was that we had requested an anniversary message on the mirror via the app, but it wasn’t done. Other than that, if we ever come back to Garut, this hotel would definitely be our top choice.

Ini liburan saya ke dua kalinya ke hotel santika, tetap menyenangkan dan bikin betah, sore berenang air hangat sambil sedikit berhujan ria, aeru banget.... ingin dan ingin lagi healing kesana, gak usah jauh jauh ke Bali disana suasananya sudah seperti Bali
