Loved the room. The hotel itself is a bit out of the Centre but still accessible to Mandela Square central areas. Quiet neighborhood.

Arrived in the evening and there was no electric kettle to make tea in the room. When i asked they only delivered a day later

Good place, beds were comfortable security was good . Easy to order take outs.

The experience was amazing. We loved the interior of the room. The staff were ready to help and friendly and very welcoming. We also loved how trustworthy they were. We forgot our MacBook in the room and only realised 2hours after check out that it was missing.

Wonderful rooms, clean, everything perfect but they didn’t have water.. no water at all in the washroom and shower. Receptionist literally told us to go to the next door building for a shower ??. Anyways, Trip.com tried to mediate the issue, ultimately at the end of the day the night shift receptionist was kind enough to contact the franchise’s other hotel which was also within Sandton to give us a room there, so ended well, atleast they assisted.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, with all the necessary utensils. A smart TV would make the place even more homey. However, I saw a few roaches crawling. The accommodations were quite spacious and well-maintained, equipped with all essential utensils. The addition of a smart TV would enhance the homely atmosphere. However, I did notice a few roaches present.

Location is right at the heart of SANDTON. 6mins drive from Mandela Square and SandTon City Mall. No load shedding, fast internet, privacy. Honestly everything was nice during our stay in Sandhurst, we truly enjoyed our stay over there ( 1 month ). The receptionist who attended to us on our first day of arrival was very helpful.
