Guest：Staff went above and beyond. Beautiful property and great amenities, especially the gym. Loved my stay in the private women’s quarters
Guest：Was really happy with my choice of hotel. The best parts were the staff and the restaurant - I found out that they have their own garden where they grow the fruit for the breakfast buffet. Special mention also the gym where the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across - really really excellent customer care - thank you Connie! There is a noisy road outside, and when I was staying there were some roadworks too, only a problem if you are working from the hotel. It's also on a busy junction so access at rush hour can be a bit slow. Despite that, I would return here, just for the breakfast and the overall customer service.
Guest：Great staff, bad manager. The staff were amazing, but manager was very rude and unhelpful. I made 2 reservations, as i stayed there twice within a week. 3 days and one day. On the one day i forgot to check 2 people, but the manager insisted that i pay extra $40, for that mistake. He said one person is cheaper because less water, less towels, and so on. But then i realized that the price is the same, and when i confronted him, he said, its the policy, abd has nothing to fo with what he stated before, so he actually lied. He said it will be too much work for him to cancel the extra $40. We had a pleasant time with everyone, except the manager, whose supposed to be the best example of customer service. He was very rude and unprofessional. I have a group of 8 people coming in August, but we will definitely not stay there..
Guest：This must be the worst of the big hotels in Nairobi. The service is slow but the staff manages to be inquisitive in all the wrong ways, ringing the bell at strange times etc. I was being called harsh in swahili (I guess I wasn’t supposed to know) when I had to correct them the room was booked for two, just like the ebookers app showed. I don’t like to complain but Nairobi is mostly a welcoming place so you can easily find a better hotel in the area.
