Walking into Harbin’s 冰雪大世界 feels like stepping into a frozen dream. Towering ice castles glow in shades of blue and gold, their lights shimmering against the night sky. Sculpted bridges, palaces, and snow slides transform the bitter cold into pure wonder. Laughter echoes across the icy grounds as visitors embrace the chill, cameras in hand, breath turning to mist. In this world of ice and light, winter is no longer harsh—it becomes magical, unforgettable, and alive with warmth from shared awe. ???
Very clean and modern. Located close to the train station and train station metro. Was convinient to get to Sun Island and Ice festival with Metro, as Didi was hard to get.
Lets talk about the pros and cons:
Pro: Location is excellent, 5 minutes walking to Harbin Central station, which allows us to travel anywhere with ease including to outer cities. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room is very clean and receptionists are very kind and helpful.
Cons: Basic amenities like coffee/tea is not provided. Mini refrigirator is also not provided, which is not acceptable to us. Our takeaway food went bad because we are not able to store them. Also, the toilet bowl auto flushing system jet is too strong that is splashes on us when sitting.
Overall good experience with some improvements needed.
