The photos on all platforms are different from the reality. This hotel is ageing and facilities are so old. Tiles in the toilet are dirty and the floor is sticky.
Saw that this hotel is popular mainly because they collaborate with travel agencies and accept tour packages booking. Thus, the good reviews are boosted up.
I feel conned by the photos! Please stay away from this hotel.

Over all is very good place to stay. Close to Penang adventist Hospital. Will book next trip

Комфортный отель со всем необходимым.
По чистоте поставила не самцю высокую оценку, так как при заселении мы обнаружили, что пол не самый чистый. Видимо, заюивают на мытьё. Но данная проблема характерна для региона (она буквально повсеместно)
Это было исправлено в самые короткие сроки, по остальным пунктам, включая пыль - всё в порядке.
Отдельно как огромный плюс хочу отметить удобство постели - подушки для меня оказались идеальными, их 4, матрас отличный, я спала не просыпаясь, что редко.
Но спать лучше в берушах, рядом дорога, хоть окна выходили и в противоположную сторону, мотоциклы здесь не знают слова "глушитель".
Площадь номера что-то чуть более 60 кв.метров, просторно, удобная столовая зона, плита. Еще бы кастрюлю добавили и сковороду побольше и нож, цены бы не было.
Ванная, совмещённая с небольшой гардеробной, утюг и гладильная доска.
Душ обычный и тропический, всё более чем отлично - вода горячая и хороший напор.
Полотенца только два на номер, но меняли ежедневно.
Телевизор не смарт тв, к сожалению, если что.
По расположению: рядом фуд маркет по вечерам, в киломеире или 15 мин ходьбы два отличных торговых центра, в Gurney plaza прекарсный фуд корт с ресторанами различных кухонь, там реально хорошо делают. Из одежды, не люкса, в Джорджтауне только юникло и hm, остальное в КЛ, а так азиатская мода всё больше.
До старого города не далеко на такси, около 15 минут, цены по-разному, от 10 до 20 рингит. Граб.
Нашли пляж, в будние дни там пусто.

Это чистый пляж, без инфраструктуры, легко на такси, нет людей, можно купаться. Вода мутная, как везде, но нет мусора и приятная тень от деревьев.

Not in the heart of georgetown but still easily accessible to shopping mall and famous hawkers

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plates and bowls are not provided. The view from the room faces a cemetery, and there is some vehicle noise, but it is not too loud. Toiletries are provided; however, the toilet lighting is quite dim ??. Parking is available, but the space is narrow and does not allow the rear door to be opened fully. There was also some difficulty opening the barrier even though the access card was attached. Overall, it is okay due to the spacious and comfortable room.

Good location for hospital but the stay it’s ok only. Room was quite dark, won’t stay there again.

Such a huge room and clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Strategic location with foods stalls / restaurants located nearby within walking distance. Its awesome place and no regret to book it. Will come again.

Good location as I’m staying here for the UTOP event the next morning, walking distance to youth park. Room is very spacious, cleanliness can be improved as I spot some ants on Sofa, tabletop.

it was a very nice stay here, 3 days 2 nights, spacy room, the water heater works well, and dont forget to try the egg tart in down stairs in front of the entrance ???
