Only that we don’t like the poker face staffs in the dining area even she wears a facemask. Didn’t hear our please to assist us. A girl looks foreigner (not Japanese)
Hope the HR Management in dining area to train them well.

It’s was good experience and recommend for family with kids.

Comfortable clean hotel, great food selection, room with private outdoor onsen, room has plenty of space, fridge, coffee machine, overall very comfortable.

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel.
The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days.
When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed.
The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

住咗三晚没有一天执床 只清理房里面嘅垃圾台面垃圾都不会清 要自己推行李上房

入住房间后发现浴室没有热水，服务台小姐说因为入住客人多，开30分钟应该有热水，搅了大半小时还未解决，只好亲自下去柜枱找夜班经理，终于肯换另一间房。谁知这间房是有热水冲凉，但那个带露天风吕却没有温泉水，甚至热水也没有。已经11点几了，还找他换房吗。是一间温泉酒店吗？花钱订间没有私人风吕的房间。

広い客室でとても绮丽なホテルでした。 ゴルフ场へも行きやすい距离感でとても便利でした。

大自然に囲まれ见晴らし良く、お部屋も広くて静かな造りで最高でした。
又お料理も种类が沢山あり、大満足。
特に海産物が美味しく、お酒がはかどりました（笑）
スタッフの皆さんの対応が良く、通路から浅间山をバックに写真を撮ろうとしていたところにスタッフの方がお声をかけて下さりスマホで撮っていただき心地良い想い出の旅となりました??

从轻井泽JR站驾车到酒店有点距离，大约需要35分钟，而且需要付toll fee，但沿途风光优美。离白丝瀑布大约10分钟。酒店停车场位置充足，非常方便。
酒店房间非常大，很舒适。温泉有室内和室外，泉水橙啡色，没有太大味道。可惜是户外温泉看不到天空。
早、晚餐的buffet 选择很多，而且味道很好。
这是一间很有渡假感觉的酒店，有机会会再来。
