Only that we don’t like the poker face staffs in the dining area even she wears a facemask. Didn’t hear our please to assist us. A girl looks foreigner (not Japanese)
Hope the HR Management in dining area to train them well.

It’s was good experience and recommend for family with kids.

Comfortable clean hotel, great food selection, room with private outdoor onsen, room has plenty of space, fridge, coffee machine, overall very comfortable.

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel.
The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days.
When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed.
The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

住咗三晚沒有一天執床 只清理房里面嘅垃圾臺面垃圾都不會清 要自己推行李上房

入住房間后發現浴室沒有熱水，服務臺小姐說因為入住客人多，開30分鐘應該有熱水，攪了大半小時還未解決，只好親自下去柜枱找夜班經理，終于肯換另一間房。誰知這間房是有熱水沖涼，但那個帶露天風呂卻沒有溫泉水，甚至熱水也沒有。已經11點幾了，還找他換房嗎。是一間溫泉酒店嗎？花錢訂間沒有私人風呂的房間。

広い客室でとても綺麗なホテルでした。 ゴルフ場へも行きやすい距離感でとても便利でした。

大自然に囲まれ見晴らし良く、お部屋も広くて靜かな造りで最高でした。
又お料理も種類が沢山あり、大満足。
特に海産物が美味しく、お酒がはかどりました（笑）
スタッフの皆さんの対応が良く、通路から淺間山をバックに寫真を撮ろうとしていたところにスタッフの方がお聲をかけて下さりスマホで撮っていただき心地良い想い出の旅となりました??

從輕井澤JR站駕車到酒店有點距離，大約需要35分鐘，而且需要付toll fee，但沿途風光優美。離白絲瀑布大約10分鐘。酒店停車場位置充足，非常方便。
酒店房間非常大，很舒適。溫泉有室內和室外，泉水橙啡色，沒有太大味道。可惜是戶外溫泉看不到天空。
早、晚餐的buffet 選擇很多，而且味道很好。
這是一間很有渡假感覺的酒店，有機會會再來。
