Staying one night only. Generally good and clean. Location wise, unless you going to Legoland, nothing much nearby.

Bilik hotel besar dan selesa. Ada mini dapur tapi jika nak masak ada tambahan caj. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan. Parking senang.

We stayed here just for a night to avoid day traffic. Location is near Second Link and is a quiet area. I was a bit worried after reading negative reviews about Pinetree Marina Resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was large, well furnished and generally looked new and well-maintained with Electrolux appliances and Grohe sanitary fittings. Bottled water was provided, and plenty of power sockets aroudn the apartment. Check-in was quick and fuss-free, even though we arrived at midnight. Amenities were provided, such as toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was a bento delivered to the apartment, and contained a packet of nasi lemak, croissant, pain au chocolat and an apple, as well as a drink (choice of coffee, tea or orange juice). The food was delicious, and way better than I had expected. Check out was also easy.
Now, it wasn't all perfect, and there were some negatives. The shower area in the bathroom of the master bedroom had a faint sewage smell. The aircon compressors are located right outside the master bedroom, and the compressors keep turning on and off, so this can be disturbing for light sleepers. I was not too bothered once I got used to it. Finally, the lobby is really hard to find from the car park. You have to look out for small signs printed on paper, and look for the security guard at the security office to unlock the lobby door. Also, bring your TouchNGo card to the reception to validate parking.
Overall, it was still a great stay.

Overall is ok . Except master room ‘s bathroom was smelly . The second room was noisy , not sure is compressor or generator . The sound on and off . Very annoying . I didn’t sleep well .

Has always been a place for me and family since 2019. How I wish I can rent 1 unit if only the mthly is not so ex.

Overall, the room was nice and spacious. However, the cleanliness of the toilet and dining areas needs improvement, as there were quite a lot of ants around. The kids’ room/library also had no air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. The hotel lunch selection was limited, and the breakfast bento quality was not very impressive.

Good size apartment. We like the quiet area, exploring Iskandar Puteri, Medini and Gelang Patah.

Nice apartment with two bedrooms. Price bit high at that location, nothing much around , except near to legoland and there is a hard rock below the building.withoug transportation is inconvenient to come here.

Spacious, family?friendly layouts: Suites with 2 bedrooms, full kitchens, washer/dryer—great for extended families or staycations. Convenience of location (Hard Rock Café downstairs, close to Legoland).
But the sofa really needs an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. A newer or firmer set would really improve the guest experience.
