Room was spacious with everything you need however could have done with an extra plug by the bed as only had one on one side. Breakfast was good parking was good and everyone was friendly. Check in and out was super easy too
We got a great deal on the price, perhaps due to the time of the year. The location is excellent, parking is ￡10 until 14:00 the following day. Good breakfast.
The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The local is not too far from city centre. We walked to the city centre less than5mins, walk to city wall from the hotel about 15mins but if you walk faster it takes 7-8mins. The breakfast is great.
Brilliant hotel all facilities , food,staff lovely .
Problem is its no point having all that if your room is facing one of the busiest roads in Chester kept getting woke up by heavy traffic.
The lift was not working, the electric kettle not working the hair dryer not working . The room is congested compared to premier inn, travelodge and mercure
Muy agradable la estadía en el hotel. Trato muy personalizado. Nos guardaron la maleta por unos días. No sentimos como en casa. Un poco lejos de la estacion, pero nos permitió conocer la ciudad caminando. Volvería dedinitivamente
