It was a very bad experience to be honest, the night when we checked in after 5 hours of drive from London it was disappointing as they said they don’t have any rooms . It was sad that early morning I had to attend my convocation as well , later after contacting team from trip.com they agreed to arrange a room for the night we waited around 1.5 hour and finally they booked a room and the day we came back i was shocked to see the room which we got , it was not at the the same one which I booked for ., no proper heating, no response from the reception even if we call for arranging food , they’ve been totally ignoring us . Will never recommend anyone this place . I had made this booking prior a week or more before my travel and I wasn’t expecting this awful kind of service at all .

Check in counter staffs and restaurant staffs during morning buffet are extremely unfriendly.

Requested for a baby cot didn’t get one, Requested for a duvet got a mattress cover instead other than that everything was good

設備比較老，周邊比較安靜，隔壁有一油站可以解決簡單的生活需求，開車十多分鐘有金龍中餐外賣，還可以，適合自駡游旅客！

員工非常友好，房間舒服，酒店跟網上圖片有些出入，離市區有點遠，不開車有點不方便。很喜歡Chester。

Comfy bed and great shower - all that we need after a full day of getting drenched in The Great British Rain. Breakfast was superb and filled us up for the day. We only stayed one night but we really liked it.

Incredible from start to finish. Slight mix up on the booking system but sorted within minutes. Couldn't have been better looked after! Excellent value, staff that go the extra mile made our 1 night stay so enjoyable the children didn't want to go home!
