Great little gem in super convenient location. Super friendly staff, nice little bonus with pool (or over size jacuzzi) for a short break. Decent breakfast. Really recommend.

Nous sommes agréablement surprise de cet h?tel, très bien situé dans la rue la plus animée de Venise. Et au retour, on a compris qu’il y a des bateau public depuis l aéroport vers Venise dont la station est à 10mns à pieds de l’h?tel.. prix 15€ par personne. Alors que pour venir, on a prit un taxi qui nous arrête à la place de rome + 30mns de marches + traverser.
Cependant l’h?tel ne fournit pas de bouteille d’eau, il faut aller remplir sa bouteille vide près de piscine dans la bonbonne ..

The location is amazing and the staff were lovely. I’m quite disappointed about the pool (or what they call a jacuzzi). Upon arrival we were informed we can only use it for 30 minutes and need to book in advance. My partner and I specially booked this hotel to spend a lazy day in the pool and were unable to do that. Had the booking stated guests could only use the pool for 30 minutes and that the time had to be booked, we never would have chosen to stay in this hotel.

交通便利，坐水上巴士仅需四个站，行路去景点十分方便。设施非常好，住花园房间是一家四口最逳，泳池水质佳，早餐食物丰富，员工态度有礼。

Cozy hotel but quiet at night. Restaurants and shops are nearby to the hotel. Friendly staff.

Хороший отель по локации. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Единственное , что в комнате дышать тяжело, потому что весь дизайн выполнен с отделкой материалом , а он уже старый (скажем так) . Поэтому пыль присутствует в воздухе. По чистоте вопросов нет.
