Not very satisfied with the used items placing in the floor which feel its messy. There was no complementary water, coffee or tea in the room. The breakfast were simple and not much to choose from.
Super big rooms for my family of 4. Restaurant and combini only a few steps away. Check in staff is super friendly. 10minute walk from Chitose Station.
Stayed one night at Best Western as we have a morning flight out of Chitose airport the next morning. Staff helped to call a cab for us to the airport. 10-15mins walk from the central area and shopping mall, about 5-10mins walk from the Chitose JR station. 7-11 across the road which was convenient. We stayed in a room for 4, room was spacious by Japan standard, functional and practical.
