It was a grand program of our Handicraft Company and we had our major clients from Spain for the celebration of 10th Anniversary of the company. We loved the ambiance and service provided to our huge group. I would love to celebrate every coming Anniversary with Chitwan Paradise. Thank you to the team and staffs.

I had went with my Foreigner friends group and i can't describe the top notch service. It was to the point and we got the best service from the management. Thank you for the amazing stay and hope to visit again soon.

Though we had only one night stay at Chitwan Paradise Hotel but was worth every penny we had paid....welcoming staffs, nice and warm food and good rooms...the Hotel very near to the most happening place of chitwan and also very close to the national Park entrance gate is one of the many good hotels one can choose to stay while a trip to Chitwan. We also had a morning jeep sfarai of about 04 hrs...it was a good experience....a sighting of swamp deer, barking deer, Sambar, Wild Boar, Crocodile, Sloth Bear and of course the One Horned Rhino made the whole safari very interesting.... Overall one night stay is not enough but as we had a long way ahead, we managed to get what we wanted...

We were there few days before everything was fantastic. Hotel organized our package wisely we wont feel any difficulty and we enjoyed. I recommend this hotel who is looking for quiet stay and adventure. One things I cant forget staff, they were friendly and always winless to welcoming. Thank you for everything. ??

The first impression was very good but with time it was found that there are quite a number negative aspects of the hotel. The location is fine. The hotel provides transport from and to the bus terminal. The greenery of the estate is well maintained. The rooms are OK for the standard of the hotel. When you book local excursions from the hotel at a price that is significantly higher than at local agencies you can expect almost royal breakfast. Otherwise the buffet is poor and waiting time for soft boiled eggs can be longer than you need to eat breakfast. The pool looks nice but the service there is nonexistent. The pool bar is just a storage of empty bottles. According to information the hotel accepts payments by major credit cards. In practice the only international card they accept is VISA and not all the reception staff can cope with the card terminal.

A place full of possibilities that terrible management spoils. A spacious, bright complex, but very neglected, which is a shame. The facilities would be very good with minimal maintenance. Without a doubt the worst thing about the place is the lack of Constant communication with clients, lack of organization between visits-restaurants-complex manager in terms of schedules and general information. Time management, something so valuable when you are traveling, is frankly inefficient. Be careful with the food! They cook very well BUT ask them in advance to offer you local dishes. On the first day, without asking us, they planted in front of us a "non-smokable" plate of Junk food (an absurd mix of fried potatoes, stale pasta, chicken nuggets...). The guys at the restaurant are the most positive thing about this whole set of catastrophes, they are super friendly and do what they can.

We spent two nights at the Chitwan Paradise, and were quite pleased with our stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had the most amazing set lunches and dinners. (So much food! The soups were absolutely amazing and different each meal!) Our room was quite spacious, with very comfortable beds. We did not manage to find time to swim in the pool, but it looked quite refreshing. The street was calm and quiet, and it was a very peaceful atmosphere on the hotel property.

We had been here for 2 nights. It's really good .the vegetarian food they had served was delicious.wats more ! Their outdoor pool is very clean and out kids had a great time.the huge property had rooms which over looked grassy outdoors all around .their gazebos in middle of the lawns provided a good place for our mini chit chats with tea . the rooms were big with minimum luxury. Overall ,the hotel boasts of their warm n pleasing staff and hospitality topped by a lush green scenery all over.
