  • Guest：overall excellent including view and food. onsen facilities a bit underwhelming though
  • Guest：I loved my stay here! The service is good and the staff are friendly. There's a small lounge area near the lobby of the hotel where you can access tea, coffee, sodas, beer, and some small snacks. My room was comfortable and spacious. The public bath was huge with 6 indoor pools of differing temperatures, an outdoor pool, and a sauna (or 2). The lounge at the bath area offers a vitamin c drink, isotonic drink, and popsicles. Meals were buffets with plenty to choose from and a couple of live stations. Food options leaned towards being western-influenced. 10/10 would stay again.
