Very bad experience rooms and very very small only one bed in room and room finished. Customer service is so bad

照骗啊照骗啊，价格也不便宜，设施设备很老，很失望，很小，照片完全不是这样，很让人失望，太小了……….别定老酒店，路过很多新的好的酒店就在这个酒店附近都没有在app上面看到过，莫名其妙

We loved the design of the hotel! 100%of Rome design was totally surprisingly! The breakfast was so so not variety of choice. The location is good ??

Great location with bus service right in front of hotel and also close to Metro. They are plenty restaurants. Great service

Tge location is great. ?But the hotel room is very dated. ?The room smells so (air vent) so I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

这次入住的是一家华人首选的酒店，整体体验还算不错。美中不足的是前台服务态度实在欠佳——几位工作人员全程冷冰冰的，我们进出时毫无招呼，主动问候也只换来敷衍的回应。更让人无奈的是，餐厅门口那位体型偏胖的工作人员，每次路过都面无表情杵在那儿，观感特别不友好。不过好在餐厅和客房的服务员都很热情，算是给这次住宿挽回了不少好感。

是家有100年历史的老店，大厅，餐厅的陈设很有艺术风格，看上去很豪华。
房间很大，就是里面的家俱，门，走廊有点70年代的感觉，比较陈旧，如果软装能再搞搞好一定很不错。
就在Termini车站步行10min的地方，是个很好的地段。

早餐太丰富了，走廊灰尘堆积，酒店设备有点年代了特别是那个李鸿章同款电梯。

Perfectly located near the train station and business district, yet far enough to avoid any station noise. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. There is some typical street traffic noise, but it’s quite manageable and doesn’t affect comfort. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended!
