Very bad experience rooms and very very small only one bed in room and room finished. Customer service is so bad

照騙啊照騙啊，價格也不便宜，設施設備很老，很失望，很小，照片完全不是這樣，很讓人失望，太小了……….別定老酒店，路過很多新的好的酒店就在這個酒店附近都沒有在app上面看到過，莫名其妙

We loved the design of the hotel! 100%of Rome design was totally surprisingly! The breakfast was so so not variety of choice. The location is good ??

Great location with bus service right in front of hotel and also close to Metro. They are plenty restaurants. Great service

Tge location is great. ?But the hotel room is very dated. ?The room smells so (air vent) so I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

這次入住的是一家華人首選的酒店，整體體驗還算不錯。美中不足的是前臺服務態度實在欠佳——幾位工作人員全程冷冰冰的，我們進出時毫無招呼，主動問候也只換來敷衍的回應。更讓人無奈的是，餐廳門口那位體型偏胖的工作人員，每次路過都面無表情杵在那兒，觀感特別不友好。不過好在餐廳和客房的服務員都很熱情，算是給這次住宿挽回了不少好感。

是家有100年歷史的老店，大廳，餐廳的陳設很有藝術風格，看上去很豪華。
房間很大，就是里面的家俱，門，走廊有點70年代的感覺，比較陳舊，如果軟裝能再搞搞好一定很不錯。
就在Termini車站步行10min的地方，是個很好的地段。

早餐太豐富了，走廊灰塵堆積，酒店設備有點年代了特別是那個李鴻章同款電梯。

Perfectly located near the train station and business district, yet far enough to avoid any station noise. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. There is some typical street traffic noise, but it’s quite manageable and doesn’t affect comfort. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended!
