This is a bad review of a fantastic hotel that has let itself down from the glorious past. Pool dirty water, very poor service in pool area (20 minutes to have a waitress show up), scarce bar menu. New management might be needed

Das Primoretz, ehemals das beste, sch?nste Hotel am Ort, es verkommt gerade zum Kinderplanschhotel. Wir kannten das Hotel schon über Jahre, aber Luftmatratzen, Gummiringe, B?lle und weiteres Wasserspielzeug war sonst am und im Pool verboten. Ebenso hüpfende, wasserspritzende, kreischende Kinder, die andere G?ste st?ren. Früher wies der Poolboy dezent daraufhin, dass solch ein Verhalten nicht erwünscht sei. Früher herrschte eine gediegene, ruhige Atmosph?re am Pool wie ganzen Hotel. Es wurden noch lange Hosen im Restaurant zum Dinner erwartet, heute gehen die Leute teilweise in Badekleidung und barfu?. Früher fühlten wir uns wohl. Früher war es ein Grand Hotel. Leb wohl, Primoretz, wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz!
Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Ok for summer
Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.

Otelin hemen arkas?ndaki plajda otele ait ?ezlonglar var. Plaj ta?l? de?il, deniz güzel, yava? yava? derinle?iyor. Kahvalt?s? güzel denilebilir. Domuz ürünleri yemedi?imiz i?in et ürünlerinin oldu?u bir?ok se?ene?i elemek zorunda kald?k ama kahvalt?l?k ?e?it say?s? fena de?il. Otelin ferah ve ayd?nl?k bir ?ekilde renove edilmesi gerekti?ini dü?ünüyorum. Odadaki e?yalar?n eski ve kirli g?rüntüsü, odan?n ve koridorlar?n lo? olmas? kasvetli bir hava uyand?r?yor. Temizlik konusunda genel olarak memnun kald?k.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. It has a parking lot. The location is excellent. After leaving the hotel, you can reach the city's busiest walking street with just a few minutes' walk. There are sun loungers belonging to the hotel on the beach right behind it. The beach is not rocky, and the sea is nice, gradually getting deeper. Breakfast is decent. Since we don't eat pork products, we had to skip many of the meat options, but the variety of breakfast items was not bad. I think the hotel needs a bright and spacious renovation. The old and dirty appearance of the furniture in the room, along with the dim lighting in the room and corridors, creates a gloomy atmosphere. We were generally satisfied with the cleanliness.

Ein gro?es sehr professionelles Hotel direkt am Meer mit eigenem Stand. Auch zwei Pools sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, auch zum Dinner kann man sehr gut ins Restaurant gehen. Schwierig ist es manchmal mit Parkpl?tzen, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, oft ist alles beim Hotel voll. Der preis ist auch für bulgarische Verh?ltnisse hoch, aber man bekommt etwas dafür
