First time I stayed here it was 10/10 the young Aussie girl was very helpful and let me check in early. I booked a 2nd time because the view was so nice and the hotel was lovely however they chucked me in a room at the back 2nd time round which just had a view of the shell garage. Also the room wasn’t as done up as the others and the bathroom wasn’t as nice. So it really depends on what room you get,
The parking for car was not convenient for first timer. Better if the hotel inform guests earlier that the hotel car park renovation and provide additional information/ map to park at the hotel plus that was a Saturday afternoon checking in.
Housekeeping was slacking as I left the make up room sign outside the door. Came back around 5pm and the room was not service.
Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. ??? Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless.
In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs.
The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat. ????
A refined yet relaxed beachside escape — highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience.
Very nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!
