Overall the service is okey. The only thing that shocked me was that if you want to eat from outside and borrow a cutlery they only provide you with 1€ wooden spoon.
Ideal hotel for a long weekend in Palma. Excellent facilities, helpful staff and a very comfy bed in a quiet area. We enjoyed the walk into the centrexand the spa was an added bonus.
Could need some maintenance. The room are as clean as we could expect for the “standard” the hotel is giving on is internet site. The breakfast is not the best, missing quality products.
I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b.
The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying in a hotel it should be completely standard that the bed is made and room cleaned daily. It should not be by request.
Flott opphold
God plassering, god frokost, flott bassengomr?de og hyggelig personale. Anbefaler absolutt hotellet. Rommene var fine, rene og kanskje litt sm?. Men inneholdt alt som er n?dvendig for et vellykket opphold.
