The hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by.
Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much

Look it’s in the heart of everything that is Burgos St so can’t be more central. Staff are pleasant. However , it’s dated everything needs tipping out and refurbing. Rooms smell damp bedding poor towels poor and took an age to get the room made up. But it’s cheap , central, clean as you can make a place well past its sell by date and staff are nice

Comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient and check-in was smooth. Overall, a pleasant experience

If was a short stay everything was good except for the bath tub.

This hotel is on the corner of the red district. It is much cleaner than the service apartment next to Venice canals that's why I recommend it but I think is not the safest part of the town

Disappointed with our experience. Booked a room 19 days in advance and arrived to find the hotel overbooked. The front desk staff handled it poorly and were unprofessional. They gave us a room but the lack of communication and care was a letdown. Not what we expected.

The room was old and not really good smell. It was not satisfying at all and the whole floor was really bad smell so disgusting.

The room shows signs of age and wear, with some visible deterioration, such as peeling paint on the bathtub and mold beneath the silicone. The mattress is quite firm, with the inner springs noticeable at times. Despite these issues, the room offers a comfortable and home-like atmosphere that made my stay pleasant overall. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Jerico, who was consistently attentive and responsive to all my requests.
