Came here in 2011 for the fist time and now back after 15 years! It’s still a Jewel! Service could be a bit better, but overall it’s an amazing island!

Castaway is by far the best resort on Koh Lipe. It's quiet and tucked away from the busy walking street. It is perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to unwind and read a book and just check-out from busy life. A shout out to the Joy and Saul at the dive shop. Most resorts advertise having a dive shop but in reality what they have is an arrangement with a local dive center who pick you up and drop you off. Castaway's dive shop is in the resort and very friendly and professional. If you are a diver go talk to Joy, she's an amazing teacher.

Un petit paradis !! Nous devions restés 2 jours et avons prolongé de 8 jours tellement nous nous y sentions bien. Les bungalows sont très mignons, emplacement idéal situé sur la plage et à 2min du centre, les chambres étaient lavées tous les jours, le personnel est très doux, gentil et à l’écoute de vos besoins, la nourriture du restaurant est excellente. Petit bémol pour le bruit des travaux assez t?t le matin. Merci pour tout ????

Happy to Stay here!
It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name "Cast Away."
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning
