Very good location, perfect breakfast and very friendly staff

Located right on the beach near the marina. Easy check in, excellent room with sea view. Sports bar shows all the sports. Lovely restaurant with good selection of food and drinks. Buffet breakfast fully stocked with a good selection of food. Fantastic helpful staff.

Our stay at Kenzi Salazar Hotel was generally fine, but there were a few points worth noting. The room was comfortable, however the toilet cleanliness could have been better, as it didn’t feel as fresh as expected for a hotel of this level.
The restaurant service was average, staff were polite, but service was a bit slow at times and could be more attentive, especially during busy hours. The food itself was acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay, but improving cleanliness standards and restaurant service would definitely enhance the guest experience.

Great 4 night stay at Kenzi. Good size double room for couple sharing. Towels and bathroom amenities changed everyday. Access to hamamm and spa in hotel which is payable depending on service. Hammam and massage was approx ￡45 (550dhs). The service was excellent for my wife and I, thank you Leila for having great staff in the Obie spa. The hotel felt secure and safe, door men and concierge outside hotel 24/7. 3 restaurants attached to hotel also.

Bonjour. J’ai pour habitude de séjourner dans cet h?tel plusieurs fois par an. Cette fois ci je n’ai pas très bien compris pour quoi le service ne suis pas. Est ce qu ils proposent des chambres et services de mauvaise qualité quand la restauration ce fait par Trip.com? Nous avons séjourne mon fils et moi à la 1346 interrupteur près du lit ne fonctionne pas, lampe clignotante, très mauvaise éclairage dans la salle de bain, un spote menace de s’éteindre. Le jet d’eau du bidet est dirigé vers l’extérieur impossible de le régler. Les 2 bouteilles de savon étaient vides ( évier et douche) Pas d’affichettes à la poignée de la porte pour ne pas déranger. Et pour couronner le tout la dame de ménage a oubliée 2 jours d’affilée de déposer un tapis de sol malgré nos demandes au numéro 6 de la réception et 9 . On nous répond gentiment que cela va arriver dans 5 minutes mais jamais rien re?u. Du coup pour prendre une douche ce n’est pas l’idéal quand le sol est mouillé de tout les c?tés. Notre 2 eme réservation n’est pas mieux. Je pense qu’il y a des points à revoir avec eux.
