Everything is perfect? Then customer service is top notch especially the Indian guy service was super..I can’t remember his name but he told me that he working there for 4months

From the moment I booked the room, I was impressed by the pro-active, efficient and excellent level of customer care and service from this hotel. They made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself was a surprisingly pleasant oasis of peace, greenery and tranquillity. When I chose the room initially, I saw that there were two types, one with a water view and one with a garden view. I mistakenly thought the water view was a pool view and so therefore I opted for the cheaper garden view, thinking that it would be a quieter and less illuminated view at night. However, the wonderful front desk staff upgraded me to a water view room and it was lovely, located directly upon a dam with trees where I enjoyed spotting from the room, and also from the balcony, a variety of wildlife, including fish, turtles, a multitude of birds ascending and descending on the trees. I enjoyed watching stars at night in the darkness. I definitely recommend booking a water view room! I ended up in this hotel for a few days after 4 months of travels in many hotels and I did not sleep as soundly in any of them as I did here in this hotel. I ordered several room service meals and they were excellent. To conclude I feel that this hotel offers a warm and professional hospitality, care and genuine appreciation of their guests. I look forward to returning and staying a longer while.

We stayed here 2 nights at the start of a group trip. Not far from the airport and a lovely tranquil setting. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful especially as we hung out at the pool and bar. Great way to start our holiday and relax after a long flight.

Our stay was delightful. This was a stopover on Friday 18th July as we had just arrived in SL and were moving to Dambulla. The food was amazing both in quantity and quality and all the staff including the porter, the restaurant manager and reception staff could not do enough to make our short stay a happy one for me and my family. You moved from another transit hotel to this one because it had a pool. The entrance is very impressive and there is as always a welcome drink on arrival. This is a very large hotel and we were given a room towards the back of the property overlooking a small pond. It has a very nice pool with chairs. One of the Star attractions is the pool attendant. He was very friendly helpful and chatty. It also has a nice bar lounge area. The food was okay and the staff helped decorate a table as a surprise for my birthday, which was much appreciated . The rooms were somewhat clean and basic. We did have some troubles with the safe but it was fixed.

I had my 50th birthday party at Covearo. It was lovely experience for my family and friends. Grate food and grate service provided by covenro team. Special thanks go to my very good friends GM Mr. Janaka Jayasekara, Operation Manager Mr. Sanjeewa and Anil for their grate support. I’m highly recommend Covearo for any event and also for overnight stay.

Last June (June 2024), for the third or fourth time, we; my wife and two daughters stayed again at the Covanro. This place is so attractive, in terms of the people, the service, the food and the location so every time we visit Sri Lanka, we keep going back to this fabulous hotel. The people are kind, considerate, respectful and courteous in every sense of the word which I observed a trait that is coming down from the top management. Combined with that is the quality of the service they offer which is higher than expected for a hotel operating in an environment such as in Sri Lanka. For those food lovers, whatever taste you are looking for; Sri Lankan style spicy food, Asian style or Western cuisine, the chefs at the Covanro’s kitchen are capable of addressing your taste buds and, in my experience, they always exceed one’s expectations. We were highly impressed of the high standard of accommodation the Covanro offers with a wide range of rooms to select from which are large and spacious and also, a few types of luxury suites. During our stay we joined many other guests who enjoyed hotel amenities such as the swimming pool, gym and sauna which are available for the guests free of charge, bar facilities included. For any visitor, the Covanro is an excellent introduction to friendly and courteous Sri Lankan hospitality which follows the traditional greeting “Ayubowan”.

If you are looking for a short stay near Colombo airport during arrival or before departure this is quite a neat and decent spot for families. Specially I love the ambience its just serene and beautiful. We stopped there after a early morning flight to freshen up and some warm breakfast. pretty good breakfast and very comfortable rooms and washrooms . The rooms are all having balconies facing a cool waterbody with fishes swimming around. I came to know this spot is famous for weekend brunch for sri lankan locals. There are quite a lot of flies during rainy season
