From check in to check out the. hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, drinks were well made and the view from th lobby during sunset was amazing. The room is dated including the linen but it was very clean and no weird odor. Did not partake in the pool but the water looked very inviting and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff that I interacted with that made this a wonderful experience.
The hotel itself is large and is showing its age and the impact of the environment. Whilst the rooms are clean and well appointed, they are showing signs of age and require some TLC and updating. Staff were amazing and super friendly / helpful. Food is excellent and overall enjoyed the 2 nights I stayed there.
There is nothing to lift one’s spirits than waking up with the view of
ocean and natural sounds of birds sharing the island. The staff are warm and helpful and the rooms are cleaned each day. And after a scorching hot day there is a pool and a bar to wash away the stress of the day. Love it there.
The staff were sympathetic and friendly. The pool area and deck are nice. The view is gorgeous ????. I would give an average rating as I believe the rooms can do with some upgrades. Otherwise can be an ideal stay for families who want to take a vacation away from home.??

We stayed at Cara as part of an organised trip to watch an event at the National Aquatics Center. Our experience was fantastic - the organisation was excellent, from the pre-arrival, meals, service, transfers and departure. A very special mention to Cindy, who was such a great co-ordinator and for whom nothing was too much trouble.
Beautiful lobby view. Great staff and amenities. The property can use an upgrade. Also wish the pool was bigger. This can easily be a 5 star restaurant with some upgrades to the property.
It's been a while since I've been at the hotel, so I decided to take my girlfriend and her good friend for a few drinks. So we sat at the pool waiting on a server to come poolside. No one came, so I went to the bar and ordered my drinks. For the bar guy to tell me no poolside service. He look like the main bar person mixing the drinks .This is not good for the bar/ hotel. Then my girlfriend turn and said to me they could never touch the level of service that we received from Shawn & Michael they paid attention to detail, and it didn't even matter if we came alone or with a group. We need bartenders / servers like them.
