We decided to stay in Karachi Pakistan as we have been travelling extensively and it was a stopover on our way home towards Australia from Europe.?
We chose the Pearl Continental as it had very good reviews on service and security. The hotel has 4 restaurants with a very good choice of cuisines. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. On check-in we were upgraded to an Executive room which was very spacious and comfortable.?
The hotel is showing signs of age and is due for a revamp but the rooms are still very comfortable.?
Karachi isn’t really a tourist destination but we enjoyed our stay and hired a driver for the day to see the sights.

Supposed to be one of the best hotels in town. Good service, choice of restaurants, pool, sauna, good gym, massage room, car service. Helpful staff, decent breakfast. Opposite the Movenpick. Overall a good option.
The experience at PC Hotel didn’t match what we had with Avari. The service here fell short in several areas, but above all, none of the restaurants serve food outside the buffet timings, which was quite inconvenient.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Last year when we stayed at PC Hotel Karachi, the sauna in the health club was not working. This time, the steam room was out of order. The entire health club looks very old, almost 40 years old, with no upgrades. Even the wooden lockers are worn out and damaged.
The breakfast was also average. Considering the room rate we paid, we could have stayed at M?venpick Hotel Karachi for the same price. Their health club is excellent, and the rooms have been recently renovated. In comparison, M?venpick feels like a proper 5-star hotel, while PC Karachi seems closer to a 3- or 4-star standard.

The hotel is a littles dated compared to other hotels in the same price category. Bathrooms were weird with the comode being in the middle of the bathroom. Hotel restuarant was noisy and crowded.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers some of the best dining options available. A special mention goes to Miss Rubial, whose service truly stood out. She is incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She communicates with customers in such a respectful and pleasant manner, takes the time to understand their needs, and ensures everything is taken care of accordingly. Her dedication to excellent customer service made my stay truly memorable. I have spent a nice time, really enjoyed, food was nice and value of money. Staff was very nice and friendly behaviour. I specially mentioned two members of staff one from front desk Mr. Imran very professional and helpful, excellent customer service and care.
