Okay. Comfortable and cozy bed. Microwave, kettle and coffee maker was convenient. The fridge has a separate freezer component and some setting must be off because the entire fridge turned into a freezer and froze all my fruit so it turned to mush when I left. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean, and no weird odour in the room. The room had a smart tv which I was looking forward to using to stream as it had that option, however, it would not connect to the internet so had to use satellite tv, the internet was fairly slow in general. Overall happy with my stay just some annoying issues.

Bien L’h?tel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal en plein centre de Palerme, à proximité des principales attractions, ce qui permet de tout visiter à pied. Cependant, le confort laisse à désirer : la chambre était assez basique, avec des équipements vieillissants.

Lovely hotel near the train station. Quiet, and comfortable with great staff! Like most of Lausanne, there are some stairs to reach the hotel. They provide a transport pass, so you can use the Metro & buses to help with the city’s vertical layout.

good postive: very friendly staff, convenient and very quiet location near the train station, very clean and orderly negative: although i booked weeks in advance, i got two narrow single beds pushed together with a gap in between instead of the booked double bed i was expecting. that really was a bummer

This is a wonderful old hotel. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony with views of the lake. Very clean rooms and very rustic elevator. Walkable to everything if you are able to climb hills. Train and metro 5 minutes down the hill.

Bad Reception The lift was old, scary and horrible. The receptionist we met on the first day was very inhumane and unnecessarily rigid. He gave a bad impression of the hotel. I have never seen such bad PR in my life.

We stayed here only for a night, but the place was nice. Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

It’s only good for a one night stay if not for the excellent location, clean room. No Air condition, no refrigerator, no tea kettle but a bottle of water and a nosy fan. Pillows are extremely big/high. Even I’ve window opened at the it still warm. (02/09) breakfast was okay and simple. I stored my suitcase so I can go Zermatt but no one at the front desk when I retrieve my suitcase, pretty much everyone can walk in to take any bags at the lobby/front desk.

Lovely authentic Italian stay A lovely taste of authentic Italy. We stay in so many chain hotels it was lovely to stay in a hotel that felt more homely and hasn't been over developed or stripped of it's character. Great location; a few short steps into town, great spacious family room, good selection at breakfast and fresh coffee to order available. Garden at breakfast time was a beautiful bonus. On site parking was essential for us and wasn't too expensive but street parking was also available. Friendly receptionists and very helpful too (excellent English!). Lunch and dinner available at on site restaurant; we ate once and it was delicious!
