This was done with the intention of making your stay more comfortable.The room you initially stayed in has a terrace, and it is possible that leaving the door open may have allowed insects to enter. However, we want to emphasize that we follow strict cleaning protocols and quality checks before handing over any room to our guests. At no point were there eggs or cockroaches in the towels, as our housekeeping team ensures all linens are thoroughly inspected and sanitized.Regarding the complaint form, we regret any misunderstanding. The form you completed was our internal complaint document, which we use to record and follow up on guest concerns.
