We stayed one night before our flight back to hometown and the reception was really nice and kind to accommodate us

Helpful front desk which my daughter missed out her parcel the young man willing to help without any unpleasant, thumb up. Location in between international and domestic hall, free breakfast but I didn't try cos I am too tired to wake up. Bed a bit soft and I left my belongings inside which I thought my daughter check them in already, but due on I will not going back to hokkaido so soon therefore I didn't contact hotel about this matter, because I don't have any solution too, sad..

地点非常方便，就在机场里面，柜枱员工办事效率也非常好，有礼貌，很愿意帮助，酒店里也免费给我们去温泉，非常好，将来会在订。

很棒的体验！距离国内线商店街非常近！下楼走一小段路即可采买跟吃吃喝喝～只是要注意饭店的电梯位于E区3楼，不是中间3楼

为了预留时间逛机场专门订的酒店，实际是如果你在市区吃很好了其实也不用留时间来机场吃。酒店本身有些年代了，不过衞生程度和设施还是维护得不错的。机场里泡温泉也是个很特别的体验。感兴趣的话可以来。早餐一般。

对我们早上要乘搭飞机来说，酒店位罝绝对一流，一落楼前行几分钟，就到柜台辨理手续。整体来说，酒店有点老化。早餐食物款式不多，下次就未必再选择。想使用新千岁温泉，原来晚上11:30前要回酒店，否则未能返回酒店，有点可惜。

非常方便的位置，酒店房间也意外的大，可以看到飞机跑道，不断有飞机起落，非常有意思的“机景房”。晚上去泡温泉很舒服，有好几种池子，泡了尽兴。酒店的自助早餐很满意，吃到了非常美味的汤咖喱，老公説不输外面餐厅的水准，会推荐给朋友再来~

I had a wonderful stay at Air Terminal Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect since the hotel is directly inside the airport, making it extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early morning flights. The airport itself has many shops, restaurants, snack stores, and convenience stores, so it’s very easy to find food, drinks, and anything you might need. The room is compact but clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the window view overlooking the airplanes — it was a unique and beautiful sight.?? ??Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers access to an onsen, which is a great feature, although I didn’t get the chance to try it because the queue was quite long. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and easy access at the airport.??
