房间可以，每次出差都住在这，都订了早餐，德国吃的贵，这样还不错??????衞生挺好的，方便出现，服务也可以

Dated commercial hotel in bad need of a general update. Well located to reach the various areas of Hamburg. Rooms were comfortable and enough equipped. Impossible to connect personal devices to the smart TV (not that inportant by the way). Felt properly considered and received a good upgrade as an ALL ACCOR member.

Our short stay here established The Mercure Hotel as our new favorite Hamburg accommodation. We loved the cool, refreshing atmosphere, but it was the truly exceptional service that elevated our experience above the rest. From the moment we checked in, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, as if we were special guests. Our room was a bit on the compact side, but the fantastic view more than made up for it. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a great start to the day. The accommodation is an excellent choice for travelers, ensuring a comfortable stay with its friendly environment and many thoughtful amenities.

Modern. Clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast was extremely good with lots of choices. Staff was Nice and friendly and helpfull Perfect when going to Barclays arena.

The staff at this hotell gives absolutly exceptionally good service and they met me as a customer with kindness and understanding when asking for help. Based on the service level alone, I will truly recommend this hotel.

Tolles Hotel in der N?he der Barclays Arena. Knapp 25 Minuten l?uft man zur Arena. Zimmer zweckm??ig eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Komme gerne wieder

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr gut angebunden an den ?PNV, Altona ist gut zu erreichen, das Musicaltheater Alte Flora ebenso. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer renoviert mit Boxspringbetten, Badezimmer perfekt.
