The parking was round the back of the hotel with no lighting, so it didn't feel safe leaving the car. Even walking to the car at night felt unsafe

La atención del personal ha sido excelente. La habitación tiene cosas que mejorar. No hay ningún perchero, en la ducha no hay nada donde apoyar los productos de higiene y la presión de agua era muy pobre.

Hotel location was great, central and close to Pike’s place market. Our stay at the property was fine, the restaurant attached was good and the staff were friendly. The water temperature in our room while taking a shower was luke warm at best so that part wasn’t enjoyable. I would consider other options when staying again.

Staff was very helpful and kind and very patient with me when I checked in yesterday. Even though I had issues with my bank account, they weren't judging me at all. The room was nice. Small, but nice for a single person room. They had a TV, a nice bed, and a nice bathroom, and a killer view of the ocean and the pier. The only thing that I found a bit off was the fact that the bathroom didn't have a fan and the shower didn't have a door I could close, but other than that, the hotel was really nice!

Sono arrivato in bassa stagione, in una serata fredda e ventosa, e ho trovato un’accoglienza davvero gentile e premurosa. Avevo telefonato prima del mio arrivo per chiedere che la stanza fosse calda: a causa del regolamento comunale il riscaldamento non poteva ancora essere acceso, ma lo staff mi ha fornito una stufa in camera. La sistemazione era ampia, moderna e luminosa, con bagno nuovo, materasso confortevole e due piumini a disposizione. Al secondo piano, la vista mare completava l’atmosfera. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il grande parcheggio riservato agli ospiti, oltre alla TV di ampie dimensioni presente in camera. La mattina, nonostante i pochi clienti della stagione, la colazione è stata ricca e assortita: latte senza lattosio, prodotti per celiaci e un buffet curato servito in una sala nuova, pulita e luminosa, anch’essa con splendida vista mare. Il personale si è sempre mostrato sorridente e disponibile. A disposizione anche una SPA con sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al freddo. In sintesi, un soggiorno piacevole e curato nei dettagli, che lascia il desiderio di tornare anche in alta stagione.

Grazie caesargasp, siamo contenti di aver "stemperato" il clima rigido che ha trovato a Rimini, con il calore della nostra accoglienza. La ringraziamo per averci dedicato un pensiero e di aver descritto i punti di forza della nostra struttura con tanta precisione, la aspettiamo in alta stagione. Ps: d'estate la vista mare che, come lei descrive, "completava l’atmosfera" delle nostre camere, d'estate è ancora più suggestiva. Le consigliamo di non perdersela. Hotel National Rimini

Ok for a night or 2 The room was tiny but they already stated that it was small, so we kind of expected it. Still the room was clean and beds comfortable. Parking was a few hundred meters away and not straightforward to find
