Bonito lugar, tranquilo y limpio, excepto que las almohadas tienen mal olor y es poco amigable para las personas en sillas de ruedas y para adultos mayores que tienen dificultad para caminar, por todo lo demás muy bien
I loved this place, it has been one of my favorites on my New Zealand adventure. Luke, the man in charge was so nice, and helpful. I'm always tired when arriving and appreciate a smile and congenial welcome. The hotel is charming. I loved the decor, the room, everything was comfortable and convenient. Great location.

Beautiful boutique hotel that looks amazing from the moment you step through the door and are met by the friendly staff.
Throughly recommend staying at this hotel.
We only stayed at the hotel for a night, but the property was everything we were looking for in a boutique style hotel. The decor was cozy and homey, the property was extremely clean and well-managed, the staff was extremely friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the room was just as great! It's in a great location to explore and walk through town and we highly HIGHLY recommend!
Muy limpio el cuarto ..pero si esta frio..fui en Diciembre 28..la proxima vez me llevaria un cojin electrico para calentar mis pies..el frio si es tolerable..
Es la primera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, la verdad a pesar de los comentarios negativos que habíamos visto, debo decir que al menos en nuestra opinión estuvo muy agradable la estancia, las camas estaban cómodas, nos atendieron de manera muy amable y atenta, te dan un peque?o snack por la ma?ana, el agua muy agradable, l aire del clima también igual de agradable, cuando entramos a la habitación estaba fresca muy rica para nosotros que veníamos llegando de carretera,el control a pesar de estar asegurado al buró entre las camas no tuvimos problemas para ver la tv, al contrario muy buena programación, excelente películas nos tocaron ver
