A perfect hotel for business or holidays! Nice rooms, excelent location, frendly staff. Breakfast with many options. Few steps from the sea!

Anche quest’anno la vacanza è stata fantastica. Ottima accoglienza e servizio. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati “La mia vacanza è stata ottima: il cibo davvero buono e la ristorazione curata. In più, la vista era semplicemente indimenticabile — insomma, un’esperienza che ricorderò con piacere.”

L' albergo è bello ma le receptionist all' arrivo fanno venire voglia di scappare! Totalmente prive di iniziativa, per non dire menefreghiste, di capacità di accoglienza e di risolvere i problemi. La risposta più frequente che danno è "non so". Una menzione super positiva, invece, al portiere di notte ed al signore che aiuta con i bagagli, che ancora sanno cosa è l' ospitalità romagnola.

Veramente ottimo hotel, personale gentilissimo dal primo all'ultimo, il signore che rimane la notte simpaticissimo. Camera perfettamente pulita, vista mare, bagno ottimo, insonorizzazione perfetta da 10, anche se avevamo una camera comunicante, era presente una "anti-camera" con una seconda porta che dava nella camera. Ottima colazione. Anche se abbiamo tardato nel check out non c'è stato nessun tipo di commento o lamentela da parte loro, veramente molto professionali, vi ringrazio. La consiglio a tutti.

First night heard music downstairs from our room blast what sounded like the same song with loud beat till 1:00 am. Half owner said there wasn't anything she could do about it. Hotel restaurant food was good and handy to have nearby. Rooms small, but sufficient.

Paid ￡71 for double room only for 2 adults. Main door locked with note saying ring this no. for attention. Immediately answered and told to enter through bar on right hand side. Poor guy on bar doing everything -serving/checking in etc etc. Hotel is a little dated and needs modernisation. Room was small (double bed against wall) . Ensuite was good -shower/sink/loo etc. Everything was clean but a little shabby. Room above arrived home late (midnight) and proceeded to get his steps in walking up and down the floor. Fridge unit outside was noisy as it turned on/off throughout the night. But for ￡71 I guess it was fair. Probably wouldn't stay here again but would spend a little more.

All was superb EXCEPT for the vacuuming which left a lot to be desired. However the staff everywhere were supremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to our stay at The National Hotel, we were able to contact a taxi that took us to a very small area east of Dingwall to honour our ancestors, so we are still pleased and would stay again.

********** beware. We booked the hotel late but did not receive by email the code keys for the outdoor neither for the room. But we were lucky. A guest in the hotel helped us to contact the hotel manager to get the codes. Othervice we will recommed the hotel.
