Guest：Excellent location. Dan and Felicity were fabulous hosts nothing was to much trouble. Room was clean had all the usual comforts. Complimentary Flapjacks were a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent cooked to perfection and plentiful. Will definitely be returning.: 2025-03-01

Guest：Lovely presented room and just as described. Felicity and Dan were very good hosts and their breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel meant that we could walk to the town centre in minutes— which had a variety of restaurants which we tried during our visit. The train station was also only a 10 minute walk and we used this to travel to York and Knaresborough. Overall we would highly recommend staying at the Franklin — so much so we actually booked an additional night.: 2025-05-01

Guest：We make the trip to Harrogate every year for the Home & Gift show at the conference centre, and this year found this gem of a B&B. It’s very central but on a quiet street (parking permits provided by the hosts). Felicity and Dan were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was well equipped with tv, hairdryer, mini fridge and storage. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was second to none - choice of continental with fresh fruit on request and in addition there was the option for full cooked and everything in between. Quality ingredients and nothing was too much trouble.: 2025-07-01
