The hotel itself is very clean and located nearby many restaurants, shops and the beach. We had an all inclusive booking, and the food served was brilliant. The rooms were a great size, balcony included and an air con that came in very handy with the heat outside. The activities and entertainment throughout the week were well planned and very fun to partake in. The staff at the hotel, whether that be the front desk, the bar staff, the waiters, the chefs or the entertainment staff, are a massive credit to the hotel. Sydney, one of the evening entertainment staff, was especially brilliant; full of energy, always smiling, constantly ensuring that everyone was happy and having a good time. We would definitely come back to Alegria Florida Park.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend it the food caters for everyone the staff is amazing but what I noticed was everyone stayed in the hotel as the entertainment is next to none from morning till evening so much fun “ Sidney “ entertained every guest with every language she is excellent at her job, we laughted at bingo to all the quizzes right up till nighttime we will definitely booking again as I haven’t enjoyed a holiday like this in a longtime

This was our first family holiday abroad and this resort was genuinely amazing, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were lovely, but the thing that stood out the most was the entertainment team they were incredible.

Prima volta ad uno degli Hotel della catena Alegria, qui a Santa Susanna. L’hotel è un quattro stelle con una bella hall e reception 24 ore, e le concierge sono tutte gentili in particolare Amina, che ci ha sempre supportato in ogni richiesta. Punti forti la cucina, con pranzo e cena con ampia scelta di verdura, carne e pesce cotta al momento e tutta fresca, poca pasta e stracotta, ma all’estero non è facile per noi italiani accontentarci. La Pulizia generale nelle camere e nei servizi comuni è ottima. Anche nell’area piscina c’è disponibilità di lettini e ombrelloni. Punti da migliorare a mio avviso, la colazione è molto caotica, i lettini in piscina ne ho provati almeno sei, ed erano per lui più sfondati nella tela, io suggerirei di sostituirli tutti, la camera appena sufficiente ma era vista mare, ed è positivo, il bagno piccolo con vasca e la tenda anche no, per un hotel di questa categoria anche se era funzionale. La spiaggia non è vicina e per arrivarci bisogna percorrere un tratto a piedi di circa 5 minuti. La zona in cui è disposto l’hotel e’ comunque centrale al percorso pedonale diurno e notturno. L’animazione non è invadente, e cercano di intrattenere gli ospiti già a partire dopo la colazione. Un grazie a Sidney in particolare che ha saputo rallegrare il compleanno di mia figlia in hotel in brevissimo tempo. Anche a Marco, simpaticissimo, nella zona pranzo che sapeva a memoria il numero della ms camera, e Silvia che ci faceva sedere nei tavoli ed era molto gentile. Di italiani ne abbiamo incontrati pochi, molti francesi invece, inglesi e tedeschi . Per chi vuole girare e visitare altri luoghi, Santa Susanna e’ perfetta per muoversi con una macchina a noleggio, per visitare Tossa de Mar, bellissima, Lloret de mar, Santa Cristina, e tutte le spiagge limitrofe, bella da vedere e scoprire. E comunque stato un dolore ripartire per l’Italia, e aldilà di quanto detto sopra, lo consiglio assolutamente a coppie e famiglie.

H?tel convenable,propre évidemment comme partout en plein mois d’ao?t du monde et les transats réservés dès 7h du matin ,bien situé avec toutes sortes de magasins, ,boutiques,pharmacie ,tabac,jusqu’au bout de l’avenue,un centre commercial et un parking gratuit à 300 mètres derrière l’h?tel,langues parlées essentiellement espagnol,anglais une seule personne parle fran?ais qui nous a très bien accueilli mais pas là tout le tempschambres rénovées sauf salle de bain un peu rétro petit déjeuner excellent,déjeuner et d?ner je dirais moyen,variés ,du choix,on aime ou pas.pas trop d’animation dans la journée à part l’aquagym à 11h et tous les soirs,spectacles musicaux.Grande plage,qui ne convient pas aux petits enfants,l’entrée dans l’eau est abrupte.Un grand marché le mardi devant l’h?tel.tout le personnel est agréable à partir du moment où vous l’êtes aussi

Leuk knus hotel. Zwembad is wat klein, zeker als het drukker is in het hotel. Wij hadden enkel ontbijt erbij, genoeg keus en lekker. jammer dat je maar tot 9.30 kan ontbijten. Personeel heel vriendelijk, en gastvrij. Dichtbij strand en gezellige boulevard.

Florida Park Hotel in Santa Susanna made a great first impression – it’s nice, clean, and has a perfect location: close to the beach, shops, and the train station (ideal for a trip to Barcelona). The pool looks just like it does in the online photos. Unfortunately, communication with the reception staff was a bit difficult, and the check-in process took quite a while. Nevertheless, everything worked out in the end. A big shout-out to Ms. Sylwia from the restaurant! She’s a lovely person who offered us delicious wine during our all-inclusive dinner – this small but thoughtful gesture truly made our evening more enjoyable and added a special touch to our meal. PS: Look for the hotel under the name Florida Park Hotel, not Alegria Florida Park – the second name doesn’t appear on any signs and could be confusing.
