  • Guest：Room was not properly lit up. Some lights dint even worked and other was flashing

  • Guest：The ‘do not disturb’ vs ‘please clean my room’ sign on the door was wrinkled and broken so I asked the housekeeping staff for a new one. It seemed like the one I ran into spoke very little English so we had to rely on the speech-to-text function on their phone’s translation app. Fortunately in the end the problem was solved. This time the room fixtures were cleaner than last time but some stains are so baked in it’s difficult to remove. Also, all the previous times I stayed at this hotel the chair at the study desk had wheels and adjustable height but this one in my room this time did not. Not a huge problem but just not what I expected, based on my own personal experience. When I asked the front desk for an extra blanket they had someone send it to my room within a matter of minutes which I’m grateful for.
