Long wait for check in and check out. Just that the staff is slow, it wasn’t busy.
Corridors are terrible, filthy floor carpet, cracking walls etc.
Bathroom was not clean, no hot water. They didn’t send anyone after we made complaints. Bathroom has a glass window to the bedroom side, so lack of privacy and disturbs sleeping forests with lights from the bathroom.

I have just step in to olive bar of this hotel. Very cozy place. Recommended for chill session. Love their side dish given as complimentary. The chicken was awesome.

Located on prime area in salem. Easy access to train station, bus stand etc. Dining experience is ok but could be better.

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast spread was good and wonderful filter coffee. It’s worth to dine at the in-hotel restaurant.

Hotel is undergoing rennovation which was an eyesore and there was no information or intimation about the possible noise and disturbance,
