Great holiday. Very modern rooms great that had fridge for cold drinks

No major issues, but the bath was DIRTY as was the toilet. Insufficient tea bags and milk, only one hand towel

Worth the stay! Me and my husband very like it, there’s a window with beach view and we saw a beautiful sunset. Hotel is very clean and big room.

Not good this hotel I booked 3 rooms with family and children bed very bad ? too much noise people fighting my children and my family not sleep properly all night staff behaviour not good he not listening very rude. I’m not going again ??

Hotel is decent, rooms are very comfortable and clean
Lots of extras though - parking is ￡7 per day - pool is ￡2 per hour which needs to be pre booked in.
Hotel reception staff are not too welcome but rather very robotic with check-in.
All in all - decent hotel with a nice pool

I would not stay at this hotel again. We paid a premium rate for this Saturday night stay as the Blackpool Fireworks were meant to be on. The lift and corridors to our room absolutely smelt of ********. The smell was so strong I had to hold my breath it was terrible. The bedroom was not good. We had no hand towels, the lights in the room didn’t work, the window didn’t open to let in air and the tea tray was dirty and missing items. We informed reception and they changed our room to another one on a different floor. The second room was better apart from the rain flooding through the window and the noise of the wind as the window was screwed shut with a gap in the windowsill. Everytime we left our room the smell of ******** in the corridors was choking. I cannot believe this as there are loads of children staying in the hotel.There is a No Smoking policy at the hotel and this should be for ******** too. If the weather wasn’t so bad I would not have stayed the night. Upon complaining about the issues we heard nothing back from filing our complaint.

The location is great, but everything else is quite old and worn out. The service was quite bad, we did not have any towels or water bottles in our room. Upon asking, they said we are ‘supposed’ to get the towels from the receptions. And only the rooms with a fridge will have water bottles. Did not even offer to let us buy any bottles. As it was quite late when we realised we did not have any bottle of waters, luckily found a Co-op in 5 mins distance closing soon, we had to grab them from there.
The room had a partial sea view. But the bed was so noisy and squeaky even with the slightest movement. All the other furnitures were very old, no charging or plug points beside the bed.
If not for location, because the beach is quiet in front of the hotel, i wouldn’t have even considered it ever again.
One good thing about it was the swimming pool, it was very clean but the changing rooms could have been much better.
I have booked through Trip.com previously, so I know it has nothing to do with internet or 3rd party booking, it is just a very old hotel. And the pictures are quite deceiving.

Staff helpful. Hotel is about 20 mins walk from the tower. Rooms on floor 6 and 7 and great

Very warm in the Hotel. Some windows were sxrewed shut and some didnt open.
Bus and tram stop outside the Hotel.
Promenade needs council to spruce it up.
Reception was very busy needs 2/3 staff on.
It was a pleasant stay everything you need was in the room. Even a fan, which we needed as window didnt open.

Hotel is clean and room also clean ..will come back on this summer again ..
