Hotel is located near Hakata Station, it is very convenient to catch early Shinkansen or arrive in late evening. It is also close to different restaurants and convenience store like Family mart and Lawson (all within 5 mins walk). The room is tidy and clean, pretty comfortable.
The staff provided excellent service. We made a mistake with the room reservation, but the staff were extremely helpful and assisted me in finding a new room.
