Our stay in Tagaytay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake, which was the highlight of our visit. The spaces are comfortable and well laid out, with a large pool perfect for relaxing.
The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and the bell service was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the play area, which makes the property especially convenient and family-friendly.
On the downside, some of the furniture felt a little dated, and the response time when calling reception was not always as quick as expected. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience.
A great option in Tagaytay if you’re looking for comfort, beautiful views, and a family-oriented atmosphere.
My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend escape, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and a quick check-in. Our room was stunning – elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a balcony offering breathtaking views of sunset/mountains. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and made it feel truly special. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!
We stayed for 1 night at Lake View room. We had to walk for about 5 minutes from the reception to our room, the room location is not advisable for those who have problems with their knees.
Bed: Compare to other hotels we stayed before, the linens and pillow covers were not that ok.
Wifi: After check-in we went to Sky Ranch and back at the hotel around 9pm. We were not able to connect the whole night, and cannot call the reception because they are only open until 9pm. The following morning, I called the reception and said they have to restart/refresh the wifi that's the only time we're able to connect.
View: There were this huge tree that blocked the lake view in front of our room and cannot see the Taal Lake the way it supposed to be.
Service: Staffs were polite
Picturesque view of Taal volcano. Friendly and courteous staff like Abby. Neat and clean surrounding. Amenities are fine and makes us comfortable. Good food. My wife and I will always go back to Estancia Hotel. Two thumbs up! May God bless the business more!
We loved our stay, most specially the amenities such as pool and gaming room! The kids really had fun, and the moms loved picture-taking! The view from our room was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful. However, we did wish that our rooms were more clean, particularly the floor corners, toilet and the AC ventilator. We did find some bugs in the terrace too unfortunately. By the way, using the iron is 100 pesos, which I was very surprised about honestly because usually this is free and we literally used it for one item. ??
We have an overnight stay with my friends and its quite ok. Never use the facilities as have no time. The view is perfect and the ambience is like in Santorini type mood. There is a challenge in going to the room as need to walk a little bit and climb and the steep path. Overall still ok.
