I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable.
One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene.
The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay.
The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay at Elaf Kinda for Umrah. Its convenient location near the Haram gate and various shops greatly eased our trip, *************. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Room is clean and hotel is close to Masjidil Haram

The location just a couple walk from masjidil haram. It was superb. We do really like the service of the receptuonist team. They did handle the guest well. Unfortunately the room is too small, it's hard to open 2 big suitcases. Perhaps, the management hotel should provide email & whatsapp just like other hotels do. So the guest can reach you by email / whatsapp.

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean i really appreciate it
The receptionist is helpful and kind
The bellboy and all staffs there also nice and helpful
I like everything in this hotel but it will really nice if they have access to car/taxy parking because i had problem with that but the staff helped me a lot

Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was truly pleasant. The warm welcome extended by the staff created an excellent first impression. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, being only a 5-minute walk from the Haram and Kaaba. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all essential amenities. We look forward to choosing Elaf Kinda Hotel again for our future visits.
