Not a 5 star hotel. Best is 3 star and dated interior, restaurant food poor , staff too busy attending their business clients to worry about their leisure customers. Never visiting this place again.

We had a group booking of 27 rooms at Ramada Alappuzha , from February 8th to 10th. The overall service was excellent and everything was well organized. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for our entire group. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone.

I stayed at ramada alleppey for 3 days my. Booking category was premium room the front office team they gave me a complimentary. Upgrade to suite with balcony the lake view was very beautiful ??

The hotel was acceptable, but the restaurant service was very poor. We waited over 30 minutes for basic food at lunch, and our kids became so restless that they skipped their meal. Room service drinks arrived late and without ice, and even after complaining, we waited another 30 minutes. At dinner, there was no water or glasses on the tables, and repeated requests for rotis resulted in long delays. My younger child ultimately fell asleep without dinner. Overall, service was far below expectations. Families with young children should think twice before booking.

I booked this stay for my relatives few years back when they came from abroad, they stayed here for two weeks, they wanted to stay in the same hotel when they came in India this time. They all are super happy with the experience and they got all the rooms for a great price and they also got a complimentary suite room upgradation. All the rooms are spacious. Staffs over here are so welcoming, they can remember faces they have seen years and months before. Really recommended??

Nice enough hotel. A little tired. There was nothing wrong with it at all. Nice pool. Food was nice enough. There was just nothing special either. Just very functional and very vanilla. But a nice hotel. Nice enough room. But probably the best hotel gym I have been in for quite some time though.

Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey was truly wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere that perfectly complements Alleppey’s charm. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The food was delicious, with a good variety and excellent quality, and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We would definitely love to return.
