  • Guest：This is my 1st experience staying at Via Inn. Location is good as it’s part of the JR group, though the construction at Nagoya station makes it harder to navigate even though it’s less than 8 mins walk. I am impressed with the service and the room. The room is comfortable with nice pillow and all the light buttons conveniently located. I also like the idea that they managed to arrange the bed in a different direction so the room has more space to move around even though if is a small room. Amenties are easily available at help desk. There is also reasonably priced laundry services. Service is good at front desk and I had a good evening of rest. Overall I enjoyed my time there.
  • Guest：酒店不比五星級的差，非常乾凈，離一日游的集合點就在窗外看出去的樓下對面，服務也很到位，離商業街非常非常近，購物超方便，乘坐地鐵到機場也非常方便，以后去名古屋這家是首先。
  • Guest：Easy to access from train station. Clean and comfort. Good service. Breakfast also great!
  • Guest：Nice hotel in a convenient area. Very near the train station and lots of restaurants. Seems to be a bar area. Rooms are small, but fine for the night. Check in was extremely easy, unlike many hotels in Japan. I like the separation of the bathroom, toilet, sink, shower, tub. Makes getting ready easy if with others. I'm not sure of amenities, but they have lots of creams and lotions for free, like all Japanese hotels. I'd probably stay again if passing through Nagoya.
