Nice clean hotel, big rooms, close to food, restaurants, pharmacy, only the employees all have a lot of debt, can't smile, one guy we left our suitcase with made small talk sharing information
Clean basic hotel with friendly staff. Location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of food centers and eateries. Will definitely stay in this hotel when in Penang.
We reserved 2 rooms and we arrived early but we are not given same floor as we informed earlier. We hope the management will improve this important attention for future customers.
