Dear Guest,Thank you for your review. Kindly be informed that we had just completed our scheduled pest control prior to your stay, which may have caused some pests to come out temporarily. Once this was reported, we immediately transferred you to another room for your comfort.As our resort is surrounded by nature, the occasional presence of ants or other insects can sometimes occur despite regular pest control and cleaning measures. We continuously work with our pest management provider to minimize this as much as possible. We also addressed the sink concern right away and have reminded our team to ensure all facilities are in proper working condition before check-in.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve.
