Guest：家庭房空间大，乾净整洁无异味，床很软，空调和冰箱都好用，早餐丰盛，距离地铁口很近，步行8分钟，酒店楼下就有共享单车，出行方便，旁边有饭店，晚上有喷泉，小孩子玩的很尽兴，酒店大堂提供免费的薄荷水和柠檬水，还有手机充电服务，服务人员热情，动作利索，下次来成都就住他家了！: 2023-08-01

Guest：果然如之前网友説的房间里面空气质量极差，充斥着浓浓的香烟味，一晚上就在尼古丁的侵蚀中煎熬，白天带儿子走了很多地方，到得也比较晚，已经没有力气找客服理论或者换房间。好不容易睡着了，凌晨5点多一点5楼就开始传来搬到椅子桌子的声音，简直让人抓狂。早上退房的时候给大堂服务员反映，一个字都不回应。还有衞生也真是让人醉了，刚刚进门就看到一根黄色的卷发横躺在被子中间，去开窗子纱窗上面布满灰尘，我就在想，这哪里是从事服务行业的酒店应该出现的状况？管理水平可见一斑啊。后悔死了，此前在携程上比较过来比较过去的，看来好评都是假的，差评才是有感而发。: 2023-10-01
