The location of the hotel is in a residential area so shopping is an issue.
Nobody speaks English at the hotel so the only way to communicate is downloading a translation app. The front office staff is cooperative and patient so one does get around getting what you want with the help of translation app.
It's better to book on Trip.com. You will get a better price compared to walk in and booking through other sites.?
Itv was my first time at the hotel so ?the experience was OK.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The spa there at the 5th floor was awesome.

Old style hotel but had decent breakfast variety and pool/gym.
Some facilities a little old fashioned, but convenient to use.
Unfortunately the pool didn’t open until 8am which meant I couldn’t use it before working, but it was open late so I was able to use it after.

有停车场，停车场空气和味道一般，服务员专业亲切，地铁施工，12：00还在施工，早上七点开始吧…
沙滩早上七点半才能进去，好热了…

第一次入住跟图还是有区别的，而且4部电梯我可以在一楼等10分钟，只有一部运行，可能是在维修，但两天在那里都是一样，维修保养需要这么慢吗

在龍華來說這個酒店還是很棒的 二樓中餐廳 五樓水療 附近很安靜 早餐豐盛 下次還會入住

想着可以游泳和跑步，结果健身房和泳池是其他机构的，不是酒店的，泳池还不能用，就跑个步，跑步机也是很一般。

差差差差差太差，暖气没有就算了，连被子都没有，在一个晚上，花个六七百块钱的，我压根就睡不着觉，打了五六遍，电话，一个多小时，连一床被子都够我送过来，你们这个五星我不知道是谁给评上去的，太差劲了，以后白送给我都不会来住😭 😭 😭
